WASHING & CLEANING WHY SHOULD YOU WASH YOUR COMPONENTS? WHY SHOULD YOUR DETAILS BE WASHED? To guarantee high quality of a mechanical component, the first task is always to measure. But no matter how carefully you measure, it is not possible to avoid unwanted particles. Unfortunately, these particles can affect the durability of the product. The particles in question can be: OIL DIRT CHIPS Oil, dirt and chips can be avoided if the CNC-turned component is washed in an industrial wash after machining. WASH OFF OIL When the components are machined, the CNC machine uses oil or emulsion to cool the workpiece and tools. This oil later remains on the component as a film. To get rid of this film, you have to wash it off with alkaline detergent. WHAT RESULTS CAN YOU GET IN AN INDUSTRIAL WASHER?
